Our client, an international events company, is looking for a Conference Producer to join their established London based team.
This is an opportunity to work on a portfolio of established international conferences as well as get involved in some launches.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering hybrid working (3 days a week from their Central London office) and salaries of up to £35K (dependant on experience).
Responsibilities:
- Research and confirm senior industry leaders to speak at the events.
- Conduct both desk based research to find the right individuals, this will take initiative and creativity
- Have the articulation and confidence to speak with senior figures on the phone
- Identify key topics, trends and speakers to captivate audiences
The Person:
- You will have at least a year of Conference Production experience
- You'll be passionate about the events industry and have the commercial know how to build out portfolios
- Drive to progress, this is a company that actively promotes from within
