A leading Construction Consultancy, with 6 offices nationwide, is looking to add an ambitious, enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to their Newcastle team.
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit but established team of 5x Quantity Surveyors, working on a number of exciting upcoming Healthcare projects.
Whilst the role is targeted towards these Health schemes, the company do also get involved in Residential, Commercial Office, Education, Leisure, Hotel, Social Housing and Retail schemes - offering a rich and varied experience, particularly beneficial for those pursuing APC.
The new Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work closely alongside senior staff with close guidance, mentorship and training opportunities provided to achieve MRICS.
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor
- BSc or MSc degree in Quantity Surveying
- Quantity Surveying work experience is ideal but not a must!
- Construction experience is highly desirable
- Valid UK driving license
