Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team.
The Digital Marketing Apprentice will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth.
This role requires a combination of marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to support business objectives and target markets.
- Create engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing efforts, including social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
- Design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including estimating and project management / QS to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and project milestones.
- Assist with the production and formulation of key documentation to support accreditations, frameworks and tender submissions.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to optimise marketing strategies and tactics.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts to support business development efforts.
You will need to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and construction to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Salary: £16,000 per annum.
