Financial Controller (interim)

We are seeking a fully qualified Financial Controller to join a leading multinational data consultancy firm. This role offers the chance to work with the CFO, and operations teams globally. Day-to-day of the role:
- Produce timely and accurate monthly and annual financial reports, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage intercompany processes and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Conduct detailed variance and trend analysis, collaborating closely with the operations team at all levels.
- Assist in delivering successful budget processes and managing clients' annual budgets within set deadlines.
- Producing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and analytical commentary.
- Ensure management fees, as well as sales and purchase invoicing, are current, and that payments are reviewed and processed promptly.
- Support the company's and clients' Annual Statutory Audits.
- Maintain effective relationships with finance and non-finance teams, including commercial, technical, land, legal, customer service, and operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified Accountant, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in the technology and professional services sector, with international company experience being highly beneficial.
- Proficient in finance computer software and Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with personnel across the company and with clients' reporting teams.
