Our client is about to embark on an exciting Transformation of their business systems and as such are looking for an experienced Implementation/Project Manager to support with this. The change programme is to transform their Business Systems (People, Process, Tech) with the introduction of Oracle Netsuite CRM and ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the success of the project plan, including the scope, deliverables, milestones, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Manage day to day relationship with the specialist 3 rd party Netsuite Implementation partner
- Closely manage and report on project progress, pro-actively addressing issues, risks and dependencies, facilitating appropriate mitigations and escalating as required
- Develop and implement effective change management processes, including stakeholder engagement, communication plan, training plan, and overall user adoption strategy.
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Must have experience of implementing Oracle Netsuite CRM & ERP
- Strong knowledge of Project and Change Management methodologies, tools, and best practices, and ideally have experience of Oracles' Suite Success methodology
- Highly skilled and proven experience in change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and make sound decisions
