Our client a very successful Mortgage Broker based in Essex is now looking for an experienced Case Manger to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
- Proactively progress mortgage applications through to completion
- Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
- Book client appointments and keeping the diary organised
- Complete Broker Checklist to include compliance checks on all documentation
- Complete ID Checks
- Complete Fact Find & Suitability Letter on the Key (internal system)
- Update our CRM Tool
- Update lead introducers with business levels and status of cases
- Complete offer checks
Skills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of 1 years Financial services experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
