Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking for 2 experienced Food Production Supervisor's to grow and develop their teams.
Role Responsibilities:
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, training and mentoring a team of production operatives to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Train staff on procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production machinery issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations
- Plan staffing workload and numbers.
- Preparation of production lines.
- Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met, adhering to industry regulation.
- Oversee production processes, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments/shifts to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Working alongside operatives to ensure targets are adhered to.
Role Overview:
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Hours: AM Shift (0600 – 1500) or PM Shift (1500 -2400)
Duration: Temp to perm
Pay: AM Shift £35,700 or PM SHIFT £36,800
Please note we have a vacancy on each shift, the role does NOT rotate.
