As we grow, we are looking for our next Business Manager to join the team.

Your Impact:

  • Operational Leadership: Drive the operational team to achieve sustained high performance and quality delivery in accordance with Get Set UK contracts, business priorities, and organisational culture and values.
  • Role Model: Be a role model for team members and inspire them to strive for success, ensuring revenue and performance targets are met.
  • Partnership Building: Foster strong regional partnerships with external stakeholders and the broader business community.
  • Learning & Development: Motivate team members to develop industry-specific knowledge and skills.
  • Customer Empowerment: Support customers on their employment journey, boosting their confidence and trust in Get Set UK.
  • KPI Achievement: Demonstrate expertise in achieving contractual KPIs from attracting customers to securing lasting outcomes.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver activities in line with the prime provider's service delivery model and Get Set UK's internal model.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with Employment Relation Managers to uncover strategic business development opportunities.
  • Reporting Excellence: Generate and deliver monthly management reports to the Operations Manager, Director, and Prime Providers.
  • Team Meetings: Lead daily team meetings, ensuring priorities are communicated and accountability is maintained.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct formal and informal observations, implementing SMART action plans to elevate delivery standards.
  • Skills Gap Analysis: Conduct skills gap analysis and develop dynamic development plans for team members.
  • Performance Management: Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and caseload reviews to drive team growth and customer progression.
  • Third-Party Collaboration: Collaborate with third-party providers and Jobcentre Plus leads to ensure seamless access to specialized services.
  • Compliance: Work with the Quality and Compliance team to implement best practices and enhance compliance.
  • File Checks: Conduct thorough file checks to ensure compliance with prime provider criteria and internal standards.
  • Customer Feedback: Provide empathetic and quality feedback to customers, preparing them for the dynamic work environment.

  • Education: Relevant qualifications in business management, social work, or a related field.

  • Technology: Proficient with data management systems and modern communication tools.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading small to medium-sized teams and achieving both hard and soft KPIs.
