Job Title: Therapeutic Radiographer Band 6
Ward: AHP Radiotherapy
Locations: Southeast England
Working Pattern: Full time Mon-Fri (minimum 3 days considered for the right candidate)
Placement: Until November 2024 at least
Minimum 1+ year NHS experience is required for this role.
Role Details / Requirements:
- Utilize EPR and Mosaiq software systems (training provided)
- Assist Band 7 Radiographers in delivering innovative Radiotherapy services
- Ensure services meet CHKS guidelines and Trust policies
- Maintain own competencies within agreed timescales
- Lead Radiographers in absence of senior staff
- Uphold patient-centered service with efficiency targets
- Ensure compliance with governance standards
- Practice as operator within Radiotherapy (IR(ME)R)
- Participate in on-call system and shifts as needed
- Train, supervise, and assess students and learners at Berkshire Cancer Centre
Flexibility:
- Work 37.5 hours per week (7am-8pm)
- Weekend working may be required
