An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and organised individual to join a forward-thinking financial planning team as a Senior Investment Operations Administrator. This role is based in the City of London and will be based in office for only two days a week and three days working from home. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment that values professionalism, efficiency, and client satisfaction. The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and will be between £32,500 - £40,000.

In the role of Senior Investment Operations Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Facilitating client instructions for the Investment Operations Team, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintaining the Investment Platform and keeping Financial Planners updated throughout the business processing.
  • Onboarding and offboarding clients, including updating CRM systems, informing providers, and managing fees.
  • Supporting the team with MIFID statements and ensuring all housekeeping is up to date for the smooth running of the department.

To be considered for the role of Senior Investment Operations Administrator you will need to have the following

  • At least 2 years of investment operations experience within Financial Services.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Strong responsibility and ownership to ensure customer requests are met in full, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and suggest improvements to the overall customer experience.
