Proposal Lead – Public Sector - Hybrid - £55k – London
Proposal Lead now needed to join our Consultancy client, a leading player in the Change and Transformation world. The Proposal Lead will sit within a centralised team and will have the opportunity to provide leadership throughout the company's community.
The Proposal Lead will be an enthusiastic professional who is looking to grow within the profession to help deliver high-quality, client focused proposals to generate more work for our client. They will also be able to digest detailed client document packs to understand their critical requirements and be comfortable leading group discussions or meetings.
The successful candidate will lead the proposal process for qualifying strategic opportunities from start to finish and will be able to incorporate key messages that convey the value proposition for each opportunity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience – preferably within proposal/pursuits in a B2B/Professional Services environment.
- Experience of leading proposal development in the public sector procurement lifecycle
- Shipley and/or Association of proposal management Professionals (APMP) Certification
- Strong communicator with good organisational skills
