Morgan McKinley are proud to be working with a professional services business in the Northamptonshire area, looking for an interim Commercial Finance Business Partner for a minimum of 3 months.
Role;
As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will manage accounts preparation for the Group's services, reporting to the Group Commercial Finance Controller.
Responsibilities;
- Oversee and prepare timely management accounts with variance analysis
- Manage labour costs, including cost and productivity metrics
- Weekly and Monthly KPI reporting
- Develop and manage operational budgets and forecasts, recommending corrective actions
- Provide financial insights for operational efficiencies
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, identifying risks and opportunities
Profile
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Experience improving systems and processes
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Pay & Benefits:
Hybrid working with a good day rate.
