In this role you will:
- Liaise with colleagues and customers, to accurately process bus, coach and truck orders.
- Maintain our records and systems, requiring excellent attention to detail.
- Keep track of order delivery timescales by regularly communicating with the factory.
- Be the ‘go to' for inbound customer queries via phone and email.
About you:
- Customer focussed – enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional service through pro-active communication.
- Organised – able to track and progress multiple orders throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Diligent – accurately conduct a range of administrative duties including the updating of orders, records, and internal systems.
- Team player – work in a team of five, supporting one another to ensure our customers receive a fantastic service.
