An established residential builder / housebuilder are looking to recruit a temporary Site Manager to manage an ongoing project in Derby
The role:
As Site Manager you will run the housing development and manage the project within a set build program and make sure it is within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site.
This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors.
As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.
The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager,Senior Site Manager or Manager in a similar house building environment preferably on luxury housing projects. It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid and Scaffold Awareness qualification, IT skills as well as a driving licence.
