At CTD Tiles, our Customer Excellence Team are committed to the delivery of exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Customer Excellence Co-ordinator who loves working with customers, who enjoys working in a fast paced team and who pride themselves on doing the best they can for each and every customer.
Reporting to the Customer Excellence Manager, this role will involve working across a variety of contact channels including phone, email, web and social media. You will provide professional, high quality, efficient service to our customers and colleagues across the business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer orders; ensuring stock allocation and delivery slot availability
- Resolving delivery and service issues, including liaising with all relevant departments to ensure customer service excellence
- Providing feedback and support to branches, sales and credit services teams
- Investigating non-conforming processes to resolve complaints and reduce future errors
- Responding to general enquiries and feedback through our website and via review platforms including Trust Pilot and Google reviews
Key Skills & Attributes:
Essential:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills, able to use multiple systems and processes while dealing with complex customer issues
- Organised, methodical, with high attention to detail
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Inquisitive personality- always looking for the best solution for the customer
- A background in customer services, customer experience or complex service support is desirable
