Our Client is a Main Contractor based in Leeds. They require a Senior Project Manager to be the Project Lead on a £6m Care Home in Bury. This role will be site based for 60+ weeks.
As Project Manager you will lead the project from inception to delivery within the key frameworks of time, budget and standards. This includes, but is not limited to, following specifications and designs outlined, managing subcontractors and invoices (including variations in subcontractors actual project delivery).
Requirements
- You will have experience managing commensurate projects between £2-£10 million with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor
- Experience on client side
- Degree in construction management or relevant sector
Salary is negotiable, basic package plus car/allowance etc
