T?he successful can expect to receive a strong salary ranging up to £?42,000 depending on experience. Working from home is available however, you will be required to travel for the role, and therefore a car and a valid driving license are essential to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and support for foster carers (caseload size of between 8 to 10 carers)
- Training and development for carers.
- Conducting fostering assessments and participating in the approval process.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Placement matching between children and suitable foster carers.
- Providing crisis support and collaborating with other agencies.
- Maintaining accurate records and mentoring junior social workers.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
- At least 2 years' experience in fostering
