Our client is part of a private family office with significant experience in investment and asset management within the property sector in the UK. They have an impressive track record for asset management and pride themselves on taking a broad, long-term view when they invest on behalf of their clients.

They currently have a superb opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join the team in Westminster. To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience within residential property management, as well as strong organisation and administration skills.

Our client prides themselves on their property management service and, therefore, you will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills to be successful in this role.

Personal specification:

  • Previous experience within a property management role
  • Strong understanding of current lettings legislation
  • ARLA qualified
  • Experience dealing with deposit returns
  • Experience dealing with high end clientele
  • Excellent standard of communication - written and verbal
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and plan ahead
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

Our client is offering an attractive salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience and qualifications, plus a bonus incentive! Benefits include 23 days holiday increasing to 25 days after two years of service, company pension scheme matched up to 5%, life insurance/death in service after probation, company health care scheme after 3 years, and more!

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
