The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including landlord-tenant disputes and development conflicts, while offering guidance to junior colleagues. As the ideal candidate, you will possess strong technical expertise and experience in regional or national firms. - Claims related to forfeiture, possession, and dilapidations (interim and terminal)
- Addressing issues with insolvent tenants

- Conflicts involving development, option, and overage agreements
