Duties as Ecology Consultant
The Environmental Consultant at this consultancy will conduct thorough assessments to identify and protect legally safeguarded species, while also creating high-quality ecological reports. Utilising their exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, they will engage closely with customers, experts, contractors, and the public, fostering and nurturing solid professional relationships both internally and externally.
Ecology Consultant Criteria
- Extensive background as a seasoned ecological consultant.
- Proficient ecological field abilities across various protected species and habitats.
- Knowledge of the laws related to ecology and wildlife preservation.
- Proven track record in report writing, including PEAs and EIAs.
- Minimum requirement of a BSc or higher in a relevant field.
- Protected species licence(s).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
