As a Scheduler you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and delivery of field engineer activities to meet KPI targets. ??????
?? In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Schedule preventative maintenance visits, reactive calls, and remedial works to optimise engineer utilisation and deliver exceptional customer service. ??????
- Collaborate with customers and engineers to maximise productivity and resolve queries promptly. ????
- Book visits efficiently, in line with company procedures, to ensure excellent engineer utilisation and customer satisfaction. ?�???
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and timely delivery of services. ??????
- Maintain accurate engineering data and support other departments as needed. ??????
?? To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication skills to interact fluently with customers, manufacturers, and internal staff. ?????
- Experience with managing and scheduling of engineers
- The ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team. ?????
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. ????
- A customer-centric mindset, delivering quality service consistently. ??�???
- Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment. ??????
