Credit Control
Our client, based in Wyboston are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a part time position
From you
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Proficient using Microsoft packages, including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Must have high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Duties
- Maintaining customer records, keeping them accurate
- Prepare invoices and credit notes, ready to send to customers
- Build and maintain rapport with customers and stakeholders
- Monitor accounts receivable
- Contact customers to chase on outstanding payments
- Run credit check reports and set up new accounts
- Completing any other ad hoc tasks as they arise.
Experience
Previous Sales Ledger experience would be a bonus.
Past experience working in a construction/ manufacturing environment would be ideal but is not a deal breaker.
Hours
10am-3pm Monday to Thursday,
This can be flexible provided 15-25 hours are completed each week
