Office Manager Leicester, UK £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

I am working alongsidea highly established full-service law firm, who have multiple offices around the UK.

They are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Leicester office.

This role includes managing facilities, supporting health and safety, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience for both clients and staff.

Responsibilities of Office Manager:

  • Manage office supplies and post services (including franking and DX)
  • Oversee building maintenance, health & safety, and any office projects
  • Coordinate with external facilities providers and manage contracts
  • Provide administrative support and reception cover as needed
  • Support the office in achieving internal targets and accreditations

Requirements for Office Manager:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication skills
  • Experienced in general office procedures and equipment
  • Knowledgeable in health & safety and fire risk assessments
  • Able to work independently with initiative, creativity, and discretion
