Reporting to: Logistics Manager
Full-Time Permanent Position
Main Duties of Role
- Receiving of products into warehouse and recording receipt
- Shipping of products to customers using courier systems
- Conducting a monthly stock take of items in the warehouse.
- Processing of Sales Orders from sales department, checking against the customer order for accuracy, including pricing.
- Purchasing of Software Licences from suppliers for customer orders
- Despatch of licences received from suppliers to customers.
- Other duties in the office as and when required.
Main Attributes of the candidate
- Familiarity of Microsoft office products
- Good basic numeracy skills
- Organised and have attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
