Daily activities:
- Provide 1st line hardware and software support
- Respond to queries via phone, email, and deskside
- Accurately detail, log and resolve technical issues
- Escalate issues where necessary
- Running regular system checks and updates
- Mainly a site-based role in Winsford - free parking
Experience to succeed:
- Worked in an IT Support role
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's C and above
- Good understanding of PC hardware and software
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Proactive and professional approach to your tasks
- Exposure to Networking and Servers is desirable
- UK Driving licence and vehicle
