RG Consultancy are working with an excellent medium sized manufacturing business based in Bolton, who are looking for an accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop within an all-round account's role and progress into an assistant management accountant. Joining an excellent company and team of 3.
Duties include:
- Bank reconciliation's
- Matching and coding invoices
- Uploading high volume invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation's
- BACs payments
- Weekly payment runs
- Assisting with some month end duties
- Assisting with accruals and prepayments
- Assisting with journals
- Other ad hoc duties
Benefits include:
- 34 hours per week (which are standard hours)
- Monday - Thursday (9am -5pm)
- 1pm finish on a Friday
- 22 days holiday (which would be around 5 weeks holiday due to the hours you will work)
