Salary: £24,000- £25,000 Basic / £30,000 Guarantee for 6 months / £40,000 - £45,000 OTE

Days/ Times: Monday- Friday 8:45- 17:30

Position Overview:

As a Sales Progressor, you will play an important role in facilitating the smooth transition of property sales from offer acceptance to completion. You will be responsible for liaising with various parties involved in the sale process, ensuring timely communication and efficient resolution of any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Progress Sales Transactions: Manage the progress of property sales transactions from the point of offer acceptance to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and all parties are kept informed of developments.

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders involved in the sales process. Provide regular updates and facilitate effective communication between all parties.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the sales process, working proactively to minimize delays and ensure a smooth transaction.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures governing property sales transactions, including anti-money laundering regulations and data protection laws.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate or property industry is essential (2 years min).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements governing property sales transactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
