Looking for your next role in the exciting world of Build to Rent? My client are looking for a Lettings/Leasing Admin to join them as soon as possible on a temporary contract, on an ongoing basis.
This role plays a huge importance to the successful running of the residential building so you will be a integral part of the team. Working in a busy, customer oriented environment.
The role:
- Qualifying potential residents
- Emailing prospective tenants
- Assisting with check in/outs
- Producing and Issuing contracts, payment terms
- Costumer Service
- General email queries/telephone enquiries
- Viewings to new residents
The person:
- Ideally experience working in BTR/Student accommodation
- Great customer service experience - including face to face
- Used to working in a busy environment managing multiple tasks
- Positive, can do attitude
Details:
- Based in Elephant and castle
- Approx 40hr week over 5 days with possible Saturdays
- 9-6pm (with the occasional 8-5pm)
