We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients Distributor Network . As the single point of contact, you will be responsible for managing dealer interfaces, orders, and cross-functional support. The ideal candidate will have cross-border sales administration experience, be fluent in English, and proficiency in another European language will be an asset.
Day to Day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for dealers regarding order inquiries such as lead time, order status, logistics, etc.
- Proactively manage orders to prioritize available stock and ensure efficient stock allocation.
- Manage the full order fulfilment process from quote to delivery, including post-sales queries.
- Act and react proactively to open orders reports to ensure all orders are processed and treated.
- Manage the discount and real order approval process to ensure an effective commercial pricing process.
- Timely process billing and manage disputes related to credit notes, damages, and price issues.
- Participate in Sales & Dealer Meetings to promote understanding of the marketplace.
- Create and monitor reports for on-time order entry, booking, and progression of orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a B2B multi-national environment.
- Strong systems and process experience, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly integrate within a team.
- Ability to take ownership and resolve issues, manage stress, and possess time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
- Experience with global-grade ERP systems (SAP or similar) and a thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
