£11.94 PER HOUR
People Solutions are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Birmingham.
You may have worked in a retail environment or perhaps in a bar or restaurant, but so long as you are a real people person, and willing to learn, this could be the role for you.

Day to Day Duties
- Answering all customer queries by Email, Phone, 3rd Party Channels, Social Media and Post
- Completing day to day tasks (e.g On Hold releases, Escalated Returns and Refunds, Gift Card Administration etc)
- Taking ownership of all customers issues to resolution
- Constantly search for opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Meet individual and departmental targets
- Support the wider business where it is required on day to day tasks
Essential Skills
- Experience within customer services and a call centre environment
Desirable Experience
- Experience of working to call centre KPIs are desirable
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Training
- Training provided but previous call centre experience is essential
