£11.94 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Birmingham.

You may have worked in a retail environment or perhaps in a bar or restaurant, but so long as you are a real people person, and willing to learn, this could be the role for you.

Day to Day Duties

  • Answering all customer queries by Email, Phone, 3rd Party Channels, Social Media and Post
  • Completing day to day tasks (e.g On Hold releases, Escalated Returns and Refunds, Gift Card Administration etc)
  • Taking ownership of all customers issues to resolution
  • Constantly search for opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Meet individual and departmental targets
  • Support the wider business where it is required on day to day tasks

Essential Skills

  • Experience within customer services and a call centre environment

Desirable Experience

  • Experience of working to call centre KPIs are desirable
  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Training

  • Training provided but previous call centre experience is essential
