We are looking for a Technical Manager with a strong technical background and excellent organisational skills. The role involves managing product specifications, testing, certification, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter committed to maintaining our high standards of quality and performance.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Define and manage product specifications and oversee testing and certification processes.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to inform product development.
- Provide technical support and customer service, ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage master keying processes and maintain quality control standards.
- Develop and conduct technical training sessions and visit customer sites as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in technical management, preferably in the lock manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of product specification, testing, and quality management.
- Full UK driving license.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
