Position: Nursery Nurses & Teaching Assistants (EYFS)

Location: Lambeth, Southwark, and Wandsworth

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

As a Nursery Nurse or Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the early development of children aged 0-5. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum, fostering a love of learning from an early age.
  • Assisting with the personal, social, and emotional development of children, ensuring they feel safe, secure, and happy.
  • Collaborating with teachers, colleagues and, parents to monitor progress and adapt learning plans as needed.
  • Engaging children through play-based learning and helping to create a nurturing, stimulating environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within the EYFS framework, either as a Nursery Nurse or Teaching Assistant.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications (such as CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent)
