An enthusiastic and detail orientated assistant accountant is sought for our client's business in LS12.
The position would suit an experienced AAT studier or recently AAT qualified accountant with exposure to some month end tasks looking to develop in a well-established medium sized enterprise.
This role will support the finance manager with month end processes, your core duties will include:
- Posting journals at month end
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Posting prepayments and accruals
- Nominal coding of invoices
- Supporting the auditors at year end
Our client operates on Sage 200, this is a fully office based role.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
