What will you do?
- Manage your own employment caseload
- Handle a mix of contentious & non-contentious employment work
- Act largely for corporate employers on respondent matters, but also advise claimants (at senior executive level)
- Work closely with and be supported by other departments - handle corporate support work
- Be involved in high value, technically complex & challenging work
- If not there already, you will be fully supported to reach your full potential
