Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all stakeholder reporting requirements.
- Produce accurate and timely project financial information.
- Maintain robust financial controls throughout the project.
- Maximise the efficiency of processes and reporting systems.
- Uphold strong corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager, Project, Operations, and Commercial teams to improve and maintain processes supporting the financial performance of the project.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation with all relevant Alliance stakeholders to ensure smooth financial and reporting operations.
- Represent the interests of the parent company, effectively managing relationships with joint venture stakeholders as well as key suppliers and customers.
- Step in for the Senior Finance Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless management of the project's financial operations in their absence.
- Ensure compliance with project target costs by maintaining strict oversight and promoting rigorous financial discipline.
Requirements:
- Must hold ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CIMA, ICAEW, or ICAS.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills at all organisational levels.
- Strong skills in business and process analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
