Material Controller

Our client, a leading company in the car parts industry, is offering a fantastic opportunity for a bright and aspiring individual to join their team.
Key Responsibilities of Material Controller:
- Determine the necessary production equipment, raw materials (creating BOMs), and labor requirements for production.
- Generate and submit reports on production throughput.
- Prioritize orders and plan accordingly to meet customer demands.
- Work with management to resolve any production issues, setbacks, or quality control concerns.
- Support the Purchasing team in predicting raw material needs.
- Conduct contract review meetings, discuss new production methods, take notes, and assign tasks.
- Prepare, complete, and file production paperwork in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Execute other administrative tasks related to production planning and general operations.
Candidate Requirements of Material Controller:
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional role.
- Experience coordinating production plans with departments such as Engineering, Quality, and Production.
- Strong skills in building relationships with operators to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
