Description
- Manage and maintain HR information systems
- Generate accurate reports for management
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR
- Participate in HRIS upgrades and implementations
- Provide HRIS training and support to HR and payroll teams
- Liaise with IT department on system issues and improvements
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
- Stay updated on HRIS trends and best practices in the property industry
Profile
A successful HRIS should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant legislations
