Description

  • Manage and maintain HR information systems
  • Generate accurate reports for management
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR
  • Participate in HRIS upgrades and implementations
  • Provide HRIS training and support to HR and payroll teams
  • Liaise with IT department on system issues and improvements
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
  • Stay updated on HRIS trends and best practices in the property industry

Profile

A successful HRIS should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and data
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant legislations
