Seeking an experienced Paid Media specialist with expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social to join an award-winning, and independent digital marketing agency as an Account Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for leading high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Strategy & Leadership: Oversee client accounts, aligning strategies with business goals, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support Account Managers and Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Operations & Communication: Lead client meetings, manage project workflows and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
  • New Business Development: Lead pitches for new business, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to agency positioning.
  • Channel Expertise: Provide expert guidance on Paid Search and Paid Social, keeping up-to-date with market trends.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Paid Search and Paid Social, particularly Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams, delivering results, and managing high-profile client accounts.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to craft and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing and analytics tools
