Greenfield Site Opportunity, Major International Brand - £150m investment
To £75,000pa + car, bonus & benefits
Location - Flexible but presence is required in the North West based Head Office, a minimum of several times a month.

The Role

Reporting to the UK Sales and Marketing Director, capitalising on all the strengths of well-respected international brands, own label capability, significant investment in NPD and a purpose built, state of the art UK manufacturing facility, in order to grow sales within the UK grocery channel.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy development and implementation
  • Personal key account management and development
  • Category management
  • Market analysis
  • Reporting and communication
  • Latterly, recruiting and leading a high calibre national sales team
  • Promoting a high-performance culture, putting the customer at the forefront of everything they do

The Person

  • Hands on, high calibre, Sales Professional with a strong FMCG sales background
  • Both brand and own label experience, advantageous but not essential
  • Tissue Paper Products experience, advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrable success at developing relationships with key grocery retail accounts, ensuring strong partnerships that drive sales and profitability
  • An excellent communicator, relationship builder, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
  • Personal credibility, vision and drive
