Graphic Design Manager - 8 month FTC

As Senior Graphic Designer, you will join the in-house marketing team and have responsibility over creating visual design assets across all touchpoints. The role will report to the Head of Bids.

Description

  • Create and lead the design across all touch points, including social media channels, marketing campaigns, web, email and printed materials
  • Contribute to the development to the look and feel for priority campaigns and digital content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a wide range of visually striking design materials, working on multiple projects simultaneously within your workflow
  • Manage and outsource the design process including briefing on brand guidelines and approval process
  • Work closely with various wider stakeholders to ensure that all marketing and internal communications materials are consistent with our brand
  • Manage the internal brand hub, ensuring the assets, templates and image library is regularly updated
  • Act as a strong brand guardian ensuring all visual design across the company aligns with our brand guidelines
  • Set a leading quality bar for visual design, ensuring it stands strong within the competitive brand

Profile

  • Demonstrable graphic design experience in a fast-paced financial or professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premier and After Effect
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills are essential, specifically in reference to supporting with bids. Ideally you will have experience working on RFP
  • Animation and video editing desired
  • A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills including digital and print
  • Good understanding of brand and visual design, as well as marketing and brand experience

Job Offer

  • Salary of £40,000 plus package
  • 8 month contract
  • Immediate start
