Accountable Recruitment are looking for an ambitious Assistant Financial Accountant to join our client. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial accounting, looking to further their career in a market-leading and growing business. Key duties to include:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Cash flow reporting
- Supporting with Year End accounts & Statutory accounts
- Liaising with external advisors and auditors - key contact
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and intercompany balances monthly
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers, ensuring correct depreciation
Experience required:
- Experience as Assistant Accountant / Financial Accountant
- Studying towards ACCA / ACA ideally
- Good technical knowledge & strong understanding of Accounting principles
- Attention to detail
