Resourcery Group are recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partner to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence within a growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and support to various business units, while actively engaging in change management and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, collaborating to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support key decision-making processes
- Lead and support ERP implementation and system optimization projects
- Drive change and transformation initiatives within the finance department and across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT systems that enhance finance processes
- Serve as a systems accountant, ensuring the integrity and functionality of financial systems and tools
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities
- Collaborating with business units to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support
- Analysing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making processes
- Leading and supporting ERP implementation and system optimization projects
- Driving change and transformation initiatives within the finance department and across the organization
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT systems that enhance finance processes
- Ensuring the integrity and functionality of financial systems and tools as a systems accountant

Candidate profile;
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a solid understanding of financial analysis and forecasting
- Expertise in IT systems with the ability to drive system enhancements and optimizations
- Strong knowledge of change and transformation initiatives, coupled with change management experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across business units
- Proven experience as a systems accountant, ensuring the integrity and functionality of financial systems and tools
