The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Repairs Manager for a housing company in Northampton.
Accountabilities
- Lead the operational delivery of repairs and maintenance
- Ensure H&S at all times
- Management of KPI's and performance
- Management of external contractors
- Responsible for setting and managing budgets
Candidate Requirements
- CSCS card
- Proven experience managing a repairs and maintenance service
- Proven experience managing repairs and maintenance operations
- H&S Qualification such as IOSH
- Full driver's licence
- Willing to travel to Northampton minimum 4 days per week
- Experience managing KPI's and performance
