Trainee Lettings Consultant
Salary Range: £18,000 - £19,000 per annum (OTE £22,000 - £26,000)
Location: Colchester
Job Type: Full-time
Hours of Work: 5 days per week, including Saturdays (with a day off during the week). Branch opening hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

Day to day of the role:
- Engage with potential new tenants to understand their needs and preferences, providing informed recommendations on suitable rental properties.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the property portfolio to effectively match tenants with their ideal home.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings, ensuring a professional and informative experience for prospective tenants.
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, aiming for the best outcome for all parties involved.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- No industry experience required as full training is provided.
- Proven track record in a competitive, customer-focused environment.
- Enthusiastic and competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new IT systems.
- Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential.
