- Manage and oversee the entire client inception process.
- Ensure strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective client onboarding procedures.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless client integration.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in AML regulations and implement necessary changes.
- Provide training to team members on client inception and AML processes.
- Manage a team of professionals working on client inception and AML compliance.
- Report to senior management on client inception and AML activities.
Profile
A successful Client Matter Inception/AML Manager should have:
- A degree in Law, Business, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
