You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit or accessory
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
- Maintain the store's appearance and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail sales role
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
