Business Analyst - Public Sector
About the role:
- Location: Antrim
- Length of Contract: 6 months (initially, possibility of extension)
- Hourly Rate: £20.31 per hour
- Immediate start
Working with internal and external partners , you will develop systems and processes to collate, manage and maintain information in the areas of Economic Development, Investment, Planning / Land ownership and Economic and Social Regeneration.
Duties will include:
- Develop an effective and efficient information system to meet the needs of the Council, investors and our partners.
- Design, management and implementation of a commercial property portfolio. - assist with the development and procurement of a CRM system to meet the needs of the Economic Development function and ensure that information in relation to businesses in the local area is comprehensive and up to date.
- Producing reports which evidence the progress being made against Section, Department and Corporate objectives/targets and KPI's to meet both internal needs and those of external funders e.g. Levelling Up Fund, Department for Communities etc
Criteria:
- Proven experience within a similar project environment
- Relevant degree with a statistical component
- Experience of performance management, outcomes based accountability & using data to guide decisions
- CRM Implementation ideal
- Must be resident in Northern Ireland
