You should have strong experience in Recruitment, be a confident and highly collaborative team player, articulate and positive in your approach and comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive role.
This is a crucial role with responsibility for driving business forward. You will be adept at managing and retaining client business effectively and skilled in seeking and developing new opportunities. You will be recording video captures, conducting email campaigns, meeting with clients, mentoring Resourcers and candidates, taking detailed job briefs from clients and making upwards of 100 calls a week etc. to achieve this
.
