Role: Financial Controller
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire.
Salary: £75,000-£85,000
Role Overview: Our client are seeking experienced European Financial Controller to lead our financial operations across Europe. This role involves strategic financial management, ensuring compliance, and optimising financial processes. Travel to our European locations will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead European financial, accounting, tax, audit, and administrative functions.
- Implement and manage an advanced ERP system for improved efficiency.
- Develop and oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and collaborate with auditors.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Manage company secretarial duties and legal filings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance leadership roles.
- Expertise in financial systems and processes; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
