Role: Collections Manager (14 month FTC)
Location: London (Hybrid role)
Salary: £52k
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Collections Manager to join an asset finance specialist based in London on a 14 month FTC. The successful candidate would be joining a great team on a hybrid basis working for a dynamic, growing company.
Responsibilities of Collections Manager
- As a Collections Manager, you will lead the team in effectively chasing customers for outstanding balances.
- You will directly report to the Head of Collections, providing updates and strategic insights.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting information to the Head of Collections regularly
- Lead and manage the Collections Team, ensuring performance goals are met and providing support as needed as a Collections Manager.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one reviews with team members to provide feedback and support their professional development in your role as a Collections Manager.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance measures within the collections processes as a Collections Manager.
- Provide expertise and support in handling high-end cases and litigation recovery cases.
Experience and Skills needed to be Collections Manager
- Proven experience as a Collections Manager or in a similar leadership role within collections.
- Ability to thrive and lead effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a Collections Manager.
- Experience in developing and optimizing collections systems and processes.
- Build strong customer relationships and manage challenging interactions effectively in your role as a Collections Manager.
- Display motivation and a strong drive for excellence in collections management.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead the team and liaise with stakeholders as a Collections Manager.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while managing collections operations as a Collections Manager.
- Apply strong numerical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions in your role as a Collections Manager.
